We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Operations Associate

Requirements
- **Account Closure - **ORA to follow through on account closing request which may require additional steps before closing. For example, account with a** **negative balance will require service charges to be manually reversed and approved by manager.
- **Returned Wire Payments - **Able to liaise with other departments and branches regarding returned wire payments. Request Kana Team to send online banking message to client with details of returned wire payment. Input IS notes and comments on SFE overview page with details of returned payment.
- **Duplicate Tax Receipts** - Retrieve document either via SFE or OnDemand Important Notices and forward accordingly to Specialist. (T5, NR4, RRSP)
- **Reversal of Service Charge Fees-** Processing reversal requests via iQueue or SFE and IS notes input on SFE.
- **Issue Bankcards - **Review if customer already has an existing bankcard before processing request from Specialist. Have a clear understanding of when accounts are or are not to be linked to the bankcard. There are various requests for bankcards such as re-issue existing card, new card and PIN, linking an account and closing card.
- **Portfolio transfer from 10850 to Branches - C**omplete a Service Now request to change the RM branch.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Finance, Management or similar.
- Experience in Operations related to understand legal documentation.
- Operations background.
- Knowledge in collecting and managing data.
- Mathematical Skills.
- Advanced level of written and oral English.
