We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Operations Associate**Principales Responsabilidades** (por ejemplo_, para el Negocio, Clientes y Accionistas, entorno del control interno, etc.)_- Procesar con oportunidad y exactitud embargos, levantamientos y entrega de recursos instruidos por la autoridad, de cuentas a la vista DDA, CDA y BUR.- Obtener y proporcionar con oportunidad y precisión información y documentación requeridos por la autoridad, de cuentas a la vista DDA, CDA y BUR.- Analizar y emitir un dictamen claro a los Oficios de la autoridad turnados por los despachos legales, indicando y sustentando la procedencia o improcedencia de las solicitudes recibidas ante Diversas Autoridades.- Atender los requerimientos de información y documentación de las líneas de negocio y segmentos con base a requerimientos normativos y solicitudes de los clientes y usuarios de HBMX.- Atender los requerimientos de información y documentación de las funciones de jurídico y compliance con base a requerimientos normativos y prevención de delitos financieros.**Liderazgo y Trabajo en Equipo**- Interactuar con áreas internas de operación, funciones y proveedores para obtener los insumos correctos y dentro del plazo establecido.**Conocimiento de la Función**- Dominio de sistemas institucionales: Integra, Hogan, Beta, IWH, DMP, Putty, Digicheck, Ventanilla, EARS.- Administración de bases de datos en Excel**Otros**- Licenciatura en área Económico -Administrativa, Ingeniería o Informática (terminada)- Modelo de trabajo por metas- Modelo de trabajo con atención a los detalles**Requirements**:**Experiência**Seleccione el nível de conocimiento técnico.
