Supports continuous improvement initiatives in business processes through technology. **You will be responsible for**: Digitalization implements Continuous Improvement techniques and tools in breakthrough and transformational Digital assignments to deliver the expected business results and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position: POLICIES: Know and follow J&J Juarez Campus policies and procedures; ensure that direct reports know and follow J&J Juarez Campus policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility. - TRAINING: Complete training in area of responsibility. Training is required for changes in existing policies and procedures, for new assignments and for implementation of new policies and procedures. Complete required periodic re-training and ensure that required periodic re-training takes place for direct reports in areas such as safety and environmental - SAFETY: Set standards for safe behavior. Recognize and reward safe behavior in others. - Follow General safe process and GMP’s - Under general direction, follows the steps of the system development life cycle, from idea to post implementation support. - Works very closely with project lead and business owner to build/maintain system, digital and operating procedures. - Partners with other sites to ensure consistency and standardization of processes, systems, digital and operating procedures. - They would need to demonstrate an understanding of business partner needs and manage business partner satisfaction relative to deliverables trough digitalization. - Ability to troubleshoot, identifies, and plan corrective actions. - Meet or exceed customer requirements with respect to time, cost efficiency & business value. - Provide mentoring and coaching to junior team members. - Exhibit personal commitment to knowledge seeking and sharing behaviors by modeling those behaviors and conveying similar expectations to those in the organization. - Ensure that J&J information assets are appropriately identified and valued and are protected by complying with and enforcing all local and worldwide security policies. - Ensure that security, records retention, and applicable statutory/regulatory compliance are considered and emphasized in all IT plans and actions. - Understand the impact of the compliance requirements on systems and data for inclusion in architecture planning. - Counsel and guide project teams on areas of focus. - Solution Design. - Clarify business needs and turn them into solution designs. - Determine configurable logic, business rules and tables to meet business objectives, and which will be user - configurable. - Work with Architects to ensure ability to integrate components. - Technical and Digital Development. - Accountable for delivering solution components to an agreed functional specification. - Configure logic, business rules, and tables to meet business objectives. - Work with Architects to ensure optimal designs. - DEV, QA & Prod / Testing - UAT - Accountable to ensure / validate that solutions meet specifications, and the established standards and processes are followed. - Ensure that solutions scale and meet performance requirements. - Training - Accountable to ensure, that end users have the knowledge and skills needed to realize full value from a solution. - Work with Solution Designers to ensure, that solutions are engineered to minimize user-training needs. - Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level - For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable - Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures - Performs other duties assigned as needed **Qualifications - External & Internal** **Requirements and Educat
