**About the Job**

We are seeking both part-time and full-time bilingual inbound customer service representatives based in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area. Depending on campaign availability, positions may be offered as on-site or work-from-home roles. **Residency in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area is required.**

**Working as a Customer Service Representative, You Will**:

- Communicate a variety of information to the customer.
- Depending on the campaign you may be asked to do upselling in your calls.
- Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries.
- Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction.
- Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.

**Working as a Customer Service Representative, You Have**:

- Advanced English (80% spoken)
- Intermediate computer skills
- The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled.
- **The availability of working on campus if needed**

**Campus located in**: Parque Industrial Tecnologico III Av. Cristóbal Colón 6013-Edificio 1 Módulo 5, Santa María Tequepexpan, 45601 San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jal.

**Availability**:Full time and Part time (some shifts may depend on availability).
