**Monday to Friday | Weekends off**
Shifts assigned within **7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.**

**What you’ll do**:
We’re looking for talented **Customer Service Representatives** to join our team and provide support to clients with their **medical insurance policies**. You will:

- Schedule and confirm medical appointments
- Process reimbursements
- Guide clients through their policy coverage
- Deliver professional and empathetic service

**What we’re looking for**:

- At least **6 months of customer service experience**
- Age**:18-60 years**

English B2 (conversational)** - test required
- Schedule flexibility Monday to Friday within 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
