**Position Overview**
The **O&M Dispatcher & Client Services Manager** keeps ROI’s service engine running. You’ll coordinate technicians, parts, and schedules to make sure solar systems stay online and customers stay happy. This role blends operations, communication, and problem-solving — ideal for someone who can juggle details, manage priorities, and provide world-class customer service.
You’ll be the bridge between clients and field teams, ensuring every service ticket is handled efficiently, accurately, and with care.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair visits.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, set expectations, and follow up post-service.
- Optimize daily schedules for efficiency (travel time, technician skillsets, priorities).
- Track and update all tickets in CRM and monitoring platforms; ensure accurate data and documentation.
- Review technician reports, order replacement parts, and update asset serial numbers as needed.
- De-escalate customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Calculate system downtime or lost production for warranty or compensation requests.
- Coordinate warranty RMA submissions with vendors (SolarEdge, Enphase, etc.).
- Support invoicing accuracy and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.
**Qualifications Required**:
- 2+ years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, or customer service (solar or trades preferred).
- Exceptional communication and phone skills — professional, courteous, and proactive.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong computer skills: CRM systems, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred**:
- Experience in solar or electrical service coordination.
- Familiarity with SolarEdge, Enphase, or other monitoring platforms.
