Who We Are

The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented AR Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process and ensuring timely and accurate billing. As an AR Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong financial health by ensuring that all customer invoices are generated and processed efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Generate and process accurate and timely invoices to customers based on sales contracts, purchase orders, or other supporting documents.
- Review sales orders and contracts to ensure proper billing terms, pricing, and payment terms.
- Monitor and maintain billing records, including verifying the accuracy of billing data and resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate and prompt invoicing.
- Follow up with customers resolving billing inquiries and managing any billing disputes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as the finance and operations teams, to address any AR-related concerns.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing and reviewing AR-related reports and reconciliations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in AR billing processes and systems.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related financial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, billing processes, and best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies or issues.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
