**Requerimientos**
- Licenciatura
- Experiência en Logística
- +3 años preferible en puesto similar
- Manejo de personal
- Conocimiento de SAP - WM
- Conocimiento de LEAN Manufacturing - Flujo de reabastecimiento de material intermedio/avanzado- Conocimiento básico de conteo cíclicos
- Conocimientos aplicables al puesto en IATF 16949 e ISO 14001
**Responsabilidades y autoridad**
- Encargado de los níveles de inventario
- Flujo de materiales en piso
- Correcto acomodo de materiales en estaciones
- Modificar en caso de ser necesario y asegurar el cumplimiento del trabajo estándar.
- Brindar servicio a 250 centros de trabajo en Auto
- Coordinar y direccionar en caso de ser necesario, el flujo de Material de toda la planta
- Manejo de personal de 30-39 en Cada Turno
- Maneja de pre nómina (Sistema Tress)
- Tiene en parte autoridad para decisión de su personal como contrataciones, desempeño y acciones disciplinarias.
- Autoridad para detener un proceso en el cual existe la posibilidad de dañar al medio ambiente o/y que este fuera del cumplimiento legal ambiental.
- Autoridad para determinar los aspectos e impactos ambientales de sus actividades y de su personal, así como productos que puede controlar e influir.
- Autoridad para aprobar la competencia necesaria de las personas que realizan trabajos bajo su control que afecte a su desempeño ambiental.
Requiere viajar: Menos del 10%
