Main activity: Coordinate activities related with the final client, establish, and maintain communications with al departments involved such as planning, engineering and sales.
1. Strategic assessment of production planning & production requirements with Materials M/MX
2. Support & coordination of PO management with Sales admin team.
3. Main window with Materials M/MX to review status of production, backlog, delayed orders, special expedite requests & daily communication.
4. Main window with clients to provide status on several production related matters & daily communication to convey potential constraints.
5. Coordination of Sales admin regarding PO activities to address pull-ins, push-outs, clients open order report & other special requests from clients (under MOQ orders, spot orders, etc.)
6. Review of shipments with Sales Admin team to keep track of booking, billing & stock levels.
7. Coordination of weekly stand-up client meeting with Sales & Design M/MX team.
8. Involvement on SWS issuing to MX as required.
9. Review of MOQs submitted by Materials M/MX.
10. Review of air requests submitted by Materials M/MX.
11. Technical involvement with the factory to address constraints of production:
a. Quality issues that impact production
b. Material decommits
c. Review of alternate components to avoid future line-downs.
d. Review of PPVs & expedite costs of pull-ins.
e. Day-to-day review of mitigation risks to avoid delays or production.
12. Feasibility reviews with M/MX on new rework requests & follow up on ongoing rework activities.
13. Participation on special projects to monitor progress & provide technical information to the customer as required.
14. Preparation of quotes regarding expedite fees & PPVs for production matters.
**Requirements**:
Demonstrated experience in related job position.
Engineering or master’s degree.
Advanced english level.
