The Business Systems Analyst will be based Tijuana. This position will be focused on: Responsible for analyzing complex business problems in order to solve them implementing information technology systems. Responsible for design, build and document details for new and existing IT systems to make them more efficient. Responsible for providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective. The role will be part of a IT functional area and be responsible to collaborate with cross functional teams. Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do: - Create/determinate improvements on the IT systems, managing its proper implementation to meet customer requirements. - Support existing business systems (Problem management). - Analyze requirements to develop solutions based on information technology systems. - Collaborate with end users to define requirements specifications - Ellaborate functional and technical specifications for system developers - Manage system implementation tasks and projects - Manage regulatory documentation aligned to Software Validation procedures - Use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in a creative and cost-effective way

Experiência y requisitos

Typically requires a Bachelor degree. - Experience AIM/PMO methodology - FDA medical software documentation; ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents. - Communication skills: Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
