**Logistics Data Analyst**

**About the job**

RHI Magnesita is looking for a skilled and motivated Logistics Data Analyst located in San Pedro Garza Garcia, N.L

This hybrid position will be responsible for managing efficient and economical movement of goods: materials, products, or equipment across international borders in accordance with organizational policies and in compliance with relevant local, country, and international customs laws and processes

Also, to collect, organize and interpret statistical information to help colleagues and clients use it make decisions

**The Logistics Data Analyst’s tasks include**:

- Responding to data-related queries and keeping track of these
- Uses analytic methods and tools to understand, predict, and/or control logistics operations and processes
- Make recommendations based on findings and analysis
- Participate in regular planning reviews and change processes and prepare data in line with changes
- Provide additional analytical support as required
- Arrange air freight transportation and help other teams as needed
- Work towards and support a culture of continuous improvement and work to make business and department improvements wherever possible
- Track storage and demurrage cost for NAM
- Availability to work on weekend
- Understanding of Excel, BI report

**About you**

Do you have:

- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business or related
- Experience in logistics or related
- Excel expertise is required
- Ability to analyze, model and interpret data
- SAP knowledge
- Proficient in POWER BI
- Strategic and out of the box thinking
- Problem-solving skills
- Exposure to Canadian and U.S. markets is a plus
- Independent worker and self-starter, who contributes to the overall team objectives
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
