**L2/L3 Support Engineer (L2/L3 Support Engineer, MEXICO)

**YOUR ROLE
**YOUR PROFILE
- Excellent oral and written communications **(English).**:

- Experience with **Oracle database queries and consults.**:

- High degree of problem solving from error messages and user issue reports.
- Willing to learn PL/SQL or on hands experience programming with PL/SQL is a plus.
- Be able to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Experience monitoring issues from start to resolution.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
- **Experience with SQL programming.
