**Esquema de trabajo**: Posición híbrida - 2 días a la semana en el sitio (Querétaro o Ciudad de México)

**Educación**: Sistemas Computacionales, Informática, Mecatrónica, Electrónica y comunicaciones o afín.

**Experiência mínima**:De 3 años en adelante

**Descripción**:

- Revisa, analiza y evalúa las operaciones de los sistemas de tecnología de la información.
- Determina las necesidades y requisitos del usuario y recomienda formas de mejorar los sistemas.
- Sirve como punto principal de contacto entre los usuarios y el personal de ingeniería/desarrollo.
- Identifica, documenta, informa y realiza un seguimiento de los problemas del sistema.
- Apoya el proceso de traducir las necesidades comerciales en entregables de requisitos técnicos formales.

**Debe tener**:

- 3-5 años de experiência
- Bilingüe en español/inglés (nível experto tanto en escrito como verbal)
- Experiência alertando/supervisando de automatizado
- Experiência en resolución de problemas.
- Orientado al detalle
- Excelente experiência
- Habilidades de análisis de datos.

**Ventajas**: Experiência en seguridad de la información, SailPoint u otras herramientas IAM

Salario: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 al mes
