**Marketing Associate Rare Diseases (Fixed term - 1 year)**

**What you will do**:
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will [top-line statement connecting primary position responsibility to employer brand].
- Develops and implements Country Brand Plan in full congruence with International Brand Plan.
- Designs and executes promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messages.
- Partners with international PM.
- Translates/implements international brand campaign locally.
- Analyses market research and develops POA.
- Coordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans.
- Partners with the Medical Affairs Manager to optimize the brand performance (goals of clinical trials, KOL development, etc.)
- Recruits and manages external vendors.
- Coordinates material creation and approvals.
- Partners with brand team to follow-up implementation of brands plan.

- Business presentations for Brand/Franchise/Country Reviews.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree OR
- Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company OR
- High school diploma / GED and 6 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company
- Proficiency in business English.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a US/UK pharmaceutical company.
- Documented experience in high cost products and track record of product launch.
- Applies project management and advanced analytical skills.
- Demonstrates strong industry knowledge and commercial attitude
- Examines and understands issues from multiple perspectives or points of view, readily sees inter-relationships and cause and effect relationships; takes a systematic approach to successfully resolving all issues.
- Demonstrates open-mindedness, helicopter view and networking capabilities.
- Applies advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Serves as a role model and resource to others in promoting open, honest and cooperative relationships throughout the organization.
- Displays strong organizational and time management skills; multi-tasks effectively; delivers on commitments in a timely manner.
- Takes initiative and acts pro-actively, enthusiastically and creatively
