**Position**:HR Specialist - Administration**What You'll Be Doing**- Answer basic HR regulatory policy-related questions for both managers and employees and escalate as appropriate. Perform higher level administrative processes involving basic knowledge of regulatory requirements- Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team.- Continuously create and define process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives, and inquiries.**What We're Looking For**- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English- Minimum 2 years of HR service center experience required (Generalist and Onboarding activities preferred)- Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field required- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook- Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to, correspondences and other written materials- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment- Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information- Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment- Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills- Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette- Highly prefer experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, Workday**What's In It For You?**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
