La posición requiere un experto técnico que pueda proveer soporte en equipo y herramienta de líneas automáticas de manufactura de arneses, equipo y herramienta para arneses de alto y bajo voltaje. Esta persona será el experto con conocimiento técnico en prensas ultrasónicas, procesos mecánicos, inyección de plásticos, aplicaciones de soldadura. Se requiere experiência en técnicas de solución de problemas y estadística básica.

**Competencias/Habilidades requeridas**

Estudios a nível técnico de Electricidad, electrónica, mecánica, mecatrónica o similar.

Experiência probada en procesos de arneses de alto voltaje y tecnología de procesos de líneas de Cord sets. (Cargadores autos eléctricos).

Ingles hablado / escrito a nível intermedio

Habilidades de comunicación avanzadas

Conocimiento en metodologías de solución de problemas.

Trabajo en equipo

Conocimiento en PLCs, controles, prensas sónicas, procesos de 2 fluidos, procesos de cable y soldadura de tablillas.

Liderazgo y enfoque en resultados.

**Funciones Generales**

Instalar y liberar, equipos y herramientas para manufactura de arneses HV y líneas de producción de cord sets de acuerdo con requerimientos del cliente y las mejores prácticas de Aptiv.

Proveer soporte técnico en problemas de diseño de los equipos.

**Entrenamientos requeridos**

orientación + Entrenamiento básico / On Boarding

Técnicas de solución de Problemas

Equipos de manufactura de Cord Sets / arneses alto voltaje

automatización / PLCs

Prensados ultrasonicos, Procesos de soldadura, inyeccion de plásticos, Procesos de cables.
