**Responsabilidades principales
- Asegurar por medio de las herramientas disponibles QAD, PFEP, Programas de Producción el OTD a cliente del 99.5 %, incluyendo partes de servicio MOPAR y End Items
- Asegurar la coordinación de manejo de materiales y mantener los almacenes y huellas ordenadas
- Controlar carga y descarga de materiales y su ruteo oportuno y correcto a las áreas de almacén y producción
- Desarrollar una visión estratégica en cadena de suministro
- Entrenar y desarrollar a los miembros del equipo en procedimientos que aseguren suministro de material para evitar paros de línea / producción
- Colaborar con personal de diversos departamentos para el aseguramiento de abastecimiento de material
- Control de cajas y/o almacén alterno, que resulte en el buen manejo de material de exceso (falta de espacio en planta)
- Asegurar que supervisores de IP & DP, estén monitoreando oportunamente sistema de HOTTS de FCA
- Verificar que las afectaciones a producción derivadas de faltas de material y/o empaque (área de moldeo), sean veraces y darle seguimiento con acciones correctivas
- Asegurar comunicación entre turnos (con su contraparte), que resulte en el seguimiento efectivo de actividades diarias y/o especiales, para llegar al cumplimiento requerido en tiempo y forma
- Comunicación activa y efectiva con MLM de FCA cuando esta sea requerida
