Local IT Support Intern

Your tasks
The Local IT Support Intern will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the integrity of our IT hardware devices.
- Provide comprehensive IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting
- Conduct thorough diagnostics and implement effective resolutions for technical issues
- Execute timely updates of operating systems to maintain optimal performance and security
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory control of all computer equipment
- Oversee the strategic replacement of computer equipment to ensure operational efficiency
- Deliver customer service and support to all internal and external stakeholders, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
**Profile**:
- Active student of the Systems Career
Be an active student prior to 1 year to finish the degree
- Demonstrated proficiency in desktop and laptop operating system features, installation and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fast learner
- Working towards objectives in an organized and disciplined way
- Interpersonal skills for effective communication with users and IT personnel
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Basic proficiency in English language skills
