**What You’ll Do**

As a Sales Recruiter at Lyte X, you’ll play a pivotal role in building our talented team of sales professionals. Your primary responsibilities include:
**Recruitment & Outreach**
- Identify top talent through **resumes, job boards, and referrals**.
- Present the benefits of joining Lyte X to attract and engage potential hires.

**Interview Management**
- Schedule and conduct **daily interviews** using platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom.

**Coordination & Documentation**
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the **applicant tracking system (ATS)**.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure hiring goals are met.
- Assist in onboarding new hires by ensuring all documentation is complete and requirements are met.
- Answer questions about the company, sales roles, and compensation structure.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
