This is a fully remote opportunity with plenty of room for growth and long-term stability.**What You’ll Do**:- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles (sales, operations, admin, tech, etc.)- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads- Continuously improve and streamline the hiring process- Represent our values and company culture in every interaction**Requirements**:**What We’re Looking For**:- 1+ year of experience in recruiting, HR, or related field- Strong communication and organizational skills- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Fluent in Spanish, conversational English required- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for connecting with people**Benefits**Competitive salary: $15,000 - $18,000 MXN/monthOpportunity for growth and promotion within the companySupportive, people-focused leadership teamLong-term career path with training and developmentDynamic, inclusive, and fast-paced work environment
