**Key Responsibilities**:
Design end-to-end scalable architecture across Salesforce Core, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud
Define technical standards, patterns, and best practices for enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions
Lead technical workshops with business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions
Architect and guide the implementation of customer portals, partner portals, and service consoles
Define and implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development and deployments
Collaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts to ensure high-quality solutions
Oversee code review processes, performance optimization, and security best practices
Serve as a technical mentor and provide architectural guidance to project teams
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and capabilities
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
7+ years of Salesforce development/architecture experience
Proven expertise with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Core Salesforce (Sales/Service Platform)
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs
Experience designing customer/partner communities using Experience Cloud
Deep understanding of case management, omnichannel routing, and Knowledge Base features in Service Cloud
Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Bitbucket pipelines
Proficient with Git-based version control and automated deployment strategies
**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with Agentforce implementations or integrations
- Knowledge of Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, or Platform Encryption
- Exposure to large-scale Salesforce transformations or multi-org consolidation

**Certifications (preferred)**:

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - or working toward it
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect
