EHS Analyst

Location: El Salto Plant

**Primary Purpose of the Position**:
Ensure compliance with Safety & Environmental Mexican Regulation and all EHS standards established by Goodyear

**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Make internal audits about EHS
- Follow up all findings until close 100%
- To release work permits and machinery and equipment
- Inspect emergency devices
- Inspect Safety devices
- Interpret and make all to compliance the law
- Understand, contribute and encourage compliance with plant and department objectives.
- Take part in PEC subcommittee
- Take part and compliance with KPI´s of assigned area
- Develop improvement activities to prevent incidents
- Take part on drill evacuation
- Make incidents investigations
- Take part of emergency brigadiers
- Take the leadership of safety committee (CSH)
- Audit and current documentation about PEC model machines
- Follow up strategic plan of Goodyear
- Take part on ISO 14001 implementation
- Make LPA audits
- Create, update procedures and format in compliant pro
- Create campaigns to meet new brigadiers, train and promote an safety environment
- Take part on safety tool implementation and follow up all findings detected
- Follow up LSP
- Review and approve JSA
- Take part on DMS

**Education**:
Engineering or bachelor's degree

**Experience**:
1 - 3 years

**Knowledge**:
Mexican safety, health and environmental regulation
5S´s
Office package basic
English level medium (talk, write, hear and reading)
