**Job Description Summary**: Engineering intern will be critical to help the CCP Engineering team in developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions in Tableau mainly focused on KPI and Daily Management data. The intern will be also focused on reviewing and improving existing tools and collaborating with CCP teams to integrate improved solutions.

**Essential Functions/Responsibilities**

Design and Create visual Dashboards for the data extracted with the help of Tableau Identifying patterns and meaningful insights from data by analyzing it Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand & identify business needs & processes to lead their mapping & documentation. Become familiar with data & processes architecture while identify/anticipating data & processes needs. Supports the gathering of data and other activities, duties, and responsibilities assigned by the Executive Manager. Develop a good working relationship with the CCP community through timely and accurate administration of processes, and early identification of requirements and any service issues. Demonstrated leadership, self-confidence, initiative, self-driving, interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and ability to adapt to change and being persistent to full fill their tasks and goals. Participate as a presenter in technical and program reviews. Concurrently work on multiple projects, monitoring progress and quality, and ensuring schedule requirements are met. Lead process improvement efforts, i.e. quality, simplification, reduced touch time and cycle.

**Qualification / Requirements**
- Student of Engineering, or related career.
- Availability of 40 hours per week at minimum.
- Experience with programming software C++, Python, MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW or similar.
- Advanced Microsoft Skills, i.e. Excel Macros Development.
- Strong communications skills, Independent, Result Oriented, continuously want to learn and growth, High energy and Passion.
- Sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems.
- Willing to work on an ambient driven by priorities, urgencies and business critical issues, situational adaptability.
- Hight self-confidence and Self-awareness
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Ability to manage sensitive data
- Supportive and enthusiastic team player.
- English level advanced (Must be able to maintain a normal day-to-day conversation on any topic including technical discussions

**Desired**
- Experience in Tableau Platform for data analysis, data visualization, and the Business Intelligence process of an organization.
