Would you like to be part of the Maintenance team for the new plant?
We are looking for a talent like you
- Shaping the future: Plan, coordinate and supervise Corrective, Preventive and Predictive maintenance, and the Administration of machine construction projects and optimization of existing ones.
- Create a collaborative environment: Manage spare parts centrally, in order to maintain the machines with availability and production according to levels defined in the development policy and business plan.
- Create something new: Maintain contact with integrators of machinery and components, as well as other machine in order to expand the capacity of the workshop when necessary.
- Take responsibility: Monitor and support the department team in machine design and construction projects and optimization and improvement of existing ones during the planning, design and manufacturing-assembly phases to ensure that they are met on time, quality and cost in the projects
- Think holistically: Maintain communication with Leading Plants (especially with TEF Departments) and other plants in Mexico and NA, to share/receive good practices, standardize processes, obtain knowledge and standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mecatronic or similar
- Work Background: Experience in the machinery maintenance, manufacturing, hydraulic industry
- Experience and Knowledge: several years of relevant professional experience preferably in productive maintenance, SAP, Problem Solving,
- Languages: Advanced English.
- Personality: goal-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, motivated, open-minded to work in an international team
