Company Description**Job Description**:Would you like to be part of the Maintenance team for the new plant?We are looking for a talent like you- Shaping the future: Plan, coordinate and supervise machine construction projects and optimization of existing ones. Coordinate, develop and supervise the Technical Training system for direct personnel and apprentices, according to business needs, in order to optimize the skills and skills required based on strategic objectives- Create a collaborative environment: Manage spare parts centrally, in order to maintain the machines with availability and production according to levels defined in the development policy and business plan. Coordinate the implementation of Training in Queretaro of all trainers on the floor in order to ensure a model and standardized work.- Create something new: Maintain contact with integrators of machinery and components, as well as other machine in order to expand the capacity of the workshop when necessary.- Take responsibility: Monitor and support the department team in machine design and construction projects and optimization and improvement. Plan and coordinate the execution and all operational areas as a standard way of working according to the implementation strategy in order to increase the level of leadership on the floor and the level of autonomy of the work teams.- Think holistically: Maintain communication with Leading Plants (especially with TEF Departments) and other plants in Mexico, to share/receive good practices, standardize processes, obtain knowledge, standards, development and training for the team**Qualifications**:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mecatronic or similar- Work Background: Experience in manufacturing process, hydraulic industry and training in other areas of engineering- Experience and Knowledge: several years of relevant professional experience preferably in productive maintenance, Problem Management, operation certification- Languages: Advanced English.- Personality: goal-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, motivated, open-minded to work in an international teamAdditional Information- BOSCH is a proud supporter of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Initiatives_Bosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
