**Job Title**
Attorney Senior, Real Estate

**Position Purpose**
The Jr attorney position should provide legal support to the Store Development team. It should be capable to draft and negotiate all types of real estate agreements. Must be able to understand the needs of the Store Development group in order to draft legal documents that really reflect the terms of each negotiation complying with applicable laws, company's policy and FCPA regulations.

**Primary Accountabilities**
- Identify potential risks in the Prequal and Preapproval process by reviewing all the submitted documentation.
- Managing the Title Memos and power of attorney for the REMs, after the project has been approved.
- Drafting and reviewing the Real Estate agreement, such as Leasing, Purchase, etc. after receiving the ATD.
- Support the Store Dev area in the negotiation of the different agreements.
- Manage the closing process of each project. Making sure to work and get the AP in time for closing.
- Provide a legal point of view in meetings related to Store Dev and legal processes of all expansion projects.

**Education & Experience**
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Legal.
Years of Experience: Five to seven years.
Type of Experience: Legal specialized in Real Estate matters.
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Real Estate/Contracts. Excellent in communication with others. Fluent in English.
Other/Preferred: Available for minimum travel.
