Real Estate Junior Acquisition Sales Agent

**Compensation**:
$3 - $5 hourly + Bonus

**Responsibilities**:

- Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
- Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
- Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information

**Qualifications**:

- +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
- Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
- Must be GOAL oriented and familiar to operating in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
- +1 year of telemarketing or col calling experience is desired
- Must be native or extremely fluent in English
