DESCRIPTION Join us to accelerate Amazon Music's growth and experimentation flywheel. As an Experimentation Product Manager - Ops (Tech) you will act as the teams "force multiplier", increasing our overall experimentation velocity. You'll go deep to make sure we make the right prioritization decisions, and help us find new ideas by investigating past wins and misses. You'll make sure teams are unblocked by creating all the artifacts and ensuring everything is aligned before engineers begin to execute on an experiment. Key job responsibilities - Help prioritize the right ideas by conducting analysis to project the impact of each initiative. - Get experiments defined, aligned, and ready for development. - Support post-experiment analysis that goes beyond a launch decision to drive insight that generates new experiments, and - Track outcomes to increase accountability and program insight About the team Amazon Music is an immersive audio entertainment service that deepens connections between fans, artists, and creators. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience - Experience with feature priotization and product roadmap tradeoffs - Experience in customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services - Experience in running A/B test experimentation for new feature launches and/or feature improvements, and conducting in-depth post experiment analyses - English fluency PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process - Experience working with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions Job details - MEX, DIF, Mexico City - Amazon Music - Project/Program/Product Management-Technical
