**What’s the role?**

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our internal Experimentation Tool.

As the Senior PM, Experimentation, you will help define Etsy's strategy on experimentation and work with a cross-functional group of engineers and designers to build a platform that enables everyone at the company to learn through experiments. We build the platforms and tools for Data Science, Experimentation, Personalization, Product Development and our infrastructure is used by every engineering team. We measure our successes with adoption, reliability, and developer efficiency, and we are always looking ahead to be the foundation for innovation and growth. Experimentation is the foundation of building and launching products at Etsy and the Experimentation Platform and Science team is responsible for the end-to-end platform, including experimentation configuration, setup, data processing, statistical analysis, analysis, and reporting of experimentation. We’re a remote-friendly team, with members in the US, Canada, and Mexico.

**What does the day-to-day look like?**
- Define the product vision and strategy for a seamless and scalable user experience for creating, monitoring, and learning from experiments.
- Define methods and metrics for measuring the platform's success, and communicate those metrics with senior leadership.
- Build close relationships with internal users and understand their preferences and gaps in their experiences, including Analytics, Product Management, Product Engineering, Machine Learning, and Marketing.
- Provide structure to this complex space, and identify iterative steps that add new value early and often for experimenters while still heading towards a long-term vision.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are**:

- Experience as a Product Manager working in a data or technology-heavy role, with a passion for experimentation.
- Hands-on experience in running A/B and multivariate tests and delivering metrics improvements.
- Experience with building cross-functional partnerships with internal customers and peers, for example, Product, Marketing, Engineering and Analytics.
- Strong collaboration skills and works well with a diverse set of roles.
- Ability to communicate complex and technical concepts to a broad audience.
- A trust in and commitment to Etsy’s vision, mission and values.
