The Draslovka group is looking for an enthusiastic Finance professional to work in our Treasury, Credit Risk Team. The Junior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for keep updated the customer accounts for all legal entities in the group. This position will interact on a frequent basis with the Commercial team to ensure that disputes are promptly resolved and corrective actions implemented. This position will also be based at the Mexico City Draslovka location.

Responsibilities will include the following areas:

- Executing and recording wire transactions for fund transfers, distributions and day-to-day operations.
- Maintaining wire templates, banking information, transaction logs such as Intercompany, FX and Wires.
- Liaising with banks on day-to-day operational issues and activities.
- Prepare daily reports for financial and commercial team highlighting existing past-due items and listing actions underway to ensure collectability.
- Send and monitor customer notifications weekly, receive payment schedules for the Forecast.
- Support in the Complemento de Pago process for Mexico.
- Review and process re-aging requests.
- Focal point of communication with commercial team and reporting of outstanding items; collection patterns and any concerns that might impact collectability of items.
- Resourcing requests from Auditors.
- Credit Analyst back up.
