**Actividades administrativas y de operación**:

- Asegurar que se lleven acabo los reportes de operaciones requeridos por los clientes.
- Verificar asistencia y puntualidad del personal de despacho
- Coordinar y auxiliar para cierre de facturación Semanal en tiempo.
- Supervisar que los recursos sean supervisar que los recursos (Operadores / Equipo) sean distribuidos de acuerdo a los requerimientos de los clientes.
- Supervisar que el equipo de despacho cumpla con los requerimientos de los clientes dando un servicio de calidad
- Asegurar que despacho cumpla con la captura de incidencias en sistema
- Seguimiento a indicadores KPI
- Establecer medidas en la operación para entregas a tiempo
- Atención a clientes
- Recolección de papeletas de movimientos para captura de pre nómina

Experiência y requisitos

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura terminada en comercio exterior, logística y aduanas o afines
- Inglés intermedio INDISPENSABLE
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en manejo de flotas de autotransporte principalmente en operaciones OTR
- Acostumbrado(a) a trabajar con indicadores clave de desempeño
- Facilidad de palabra
- Habilidades de negociación
- Habilidad para resolución de problemas
- Pensamiento crítico
