**Job Title**:Shipping Coordinator**Location**: Tijuana**Overview of Role**:The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for managing daily shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. This role involves coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, monitoring inventory levels, and addressing any logístical issues. The Shipping Coordinator will work closely with the Warehouse, Inventory, and Customer Service teams to maintain efficient processes and deliver a seamless customer experience.**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Coordinate daily shipments, ensuring all orders are accurately processed and shipped on time.- Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices.- Communicate with carriers and vendors to schedule pickups, track shipments, and resolve any transportation issues.- Monitor and manage inventory levels to support order fulfillment and reduce out-of-stock situations.- Collaborate with the Warehouse team to ensure proper packaging, labeling, and handling of products.- Assist in developing and implementing shipping policies and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.- Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and prepare regular reports for management.- Address customer inquiries related to shipment status and tracking information.- Support safety and regulatory compliance for all shipping activities.**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**:- High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s degree in logistics or related field preferred.- 2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field.- Knowledge of shipping software and systems (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or similar platforms).- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ERP systems.- Soft Skills- Leadership- Leading Effective Teams- Problem Solving- Conflict Management**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:- 22643, Tijuana, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- High school or equivalent (required)**Experience**:- Shipping/Logistics: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
