Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, particularly for the China-Mexico market, to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the international freight forwarding sector.

Identify new market opportunities and trends to enhance sales performance and increase competitiveness.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Organize regular training sessions to improve the team's sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.

Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify further collaboration opportunities.

Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide sales strategies and optimize products and services.

Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, presenting findings to senior management to inform strategic planning.

Cross-Department Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

Performance Tracking:
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitor progress toward sales targets.

Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or a related field.

Work Experience:
At least 5 years of sales experience in the international freight forwarding or logistics industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.

Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of international freight forwarding processes, customs regulations, and market dynamics.

Sales Skills:
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with effective strategy implementation and team management abilities.

Communication Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Leadership Abilities:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.

Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
