Overview:
Are you looking for a people-oriented company that helps you develop your soft and technical skills? Then this program is just right for you As an IT Support Intern, you will be assigned to a Coach for a period of 4 months starting on January 2025.

**Responsibilities**:
Your main activities during this period will be the following:

- You will be trained in infrastructure and automation processes of a software company
- You will participate in the research of new IT technologies
- You will assist the IT team in daily activities such as:

- Troubleshooting relating to software, equipment, and operating systems
- Configuring, maintaining, monitoring, and updating servers, PC, and workstations
- Maintaining and monitoring LAN / WAN networks
- Ensuring IT security
- Maintaining audio and video systems
- Installing and updating software (operating systems and production software)
- You will learn to work in a cross-functional team
- You will implement proof of concept projects for on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure, using automation technologies

Qualifications:

- Nice to have skills: networks, virtualization, server management, troubleshooting and support to computer systems, and scripting skills (preferable using powershell)
- Demonstrate responsibility, tolerance, perseverance, work ethics, proactivity, and adaptability
