**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide Level 1 Support and Level 2 Support (if needed) to Global Network.
- Diagnosis of hardware/software faults and solving technical issues.
- Manage / maintain the network in our offices, telephones, printers, projectors, computers, faxes, and other hardware resources.
- Write relevant technical support documents.
- Ensure Windows system, Exchange, Office 365 platform, Office software and other related systems and software run well.
- Manage IT assets, staff onboarding and offboarding.
- Support Infra Lead for any End-User-Computing projects.
- Support Information Security Lead for any security related projects and ensure related security measures are compliance with standards (ISO 27001).
- Provide specific IT support to designated clients
- On occasion, contact other companies to fix telecommunication issues

**Experience**
- Familiar with Windows 10 Operating System.
- Familiar with Windows Azure AD configuration and management.
- Familiar with Mac hardware and software.
- Familiar with Lenovo and Dell hardware.
- Have a good knowledge of those popular routers, switches, APs, laptops, mobile phones and other hardware equipment.
- Familiar with Windows Server OS in an advantage.
- Know the mainstream antivirus software or tools such as Security Helper quite well.
- Have a fundamental understanding about network.
- Patient, responsible, and good at communication and withstanding pressure.
- Mastering Excel’s macro instructions will be an advantage.

**Qualifications**
- Education Level: University graduate or higher level of work experience than the minimum
- Major: Computer, Electronic Information or related field
- English Level: Must have a reasonable level of both written and spoken English
- Work Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in IT Support
