**Company Description**

**Profile requirements**:

- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
- Proven success working with all levels of management.
- Experience working with more than 3 different teams at the same time.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms.
- Strong attention to dates.
- Demonstrated success managing development teams, ensuring their work aligns with the product vision.
- Experience with product development methodologies: Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Experience dealing with complex problems.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
- High Knowledge in Continuing Improvement Process
- **Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.**

**Essential technologies and/or tools**:

- Management in tools such as JIRA and Confluence systems.
- Google Workspace
- Slack
- Background in collaboration technology, software development, SaaS.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, implementation plans, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope and schedule.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with different internal teams, third-party resources, including vendors.
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables within the different.
