**Responsabilidades clave**:
**1.**Soporte Ejecutivo & Gestión de Calendario (60%)**:

- Administrar un calendario complejo y en constante cambio.
- Coordinar viajes internacionales con precisión.
- Filtrar comunicaciones entrantes y priorizar lo esencial.
- Redactar correspondencia y preparar materiales ejecutivos.

**2.**Ejecución de Proyectos & Pensamiento Sistémico (15%)**:

- Liderar proyectos especiales de negocio y personales.
- Crear flujos de trabajo eficientes usando herramientas digitales.
- Identificar oportunidades para optimizar el tiempo del ejecutivo.

**3.**Apoyo Estratégico & Apalancamiento Ejecutivo (15%)**:

- Apoyar reuniones clave (juntas directivas, inversionistas, keynotes).
- Dar seguimiento a tareas y entregables estratégicos.
- Traducir ideas en planes estructurados y accionables.

**4.**Operaciones Administrativas (10%)**:

- Gestionar sistemas de oficina y archivos digitales.
- Apoyar procesos de RRHH y finanzas (gastos, onboarding).
- Coordinar eventos, reuniones y offsites.

**Requisitos**:

- 2 a 5 años de experiência en roles similares (asistencia ejecutiva, operaciones, chief of staff).
- Dominio de herramientas modernas: Google Workspace, HubSpot, Slack, etc.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, gestión del tiempo y discreción.
- Capacidad para manejar ambigüedad y múltiples prioridades con elegancia.
- ** Deseable**: experiência en startups, venture capital, medios o entornos de alto ritmo.
