**Responsibilities.**
- Responsible for accuracy and quality of current manufacturing process.
- Facilitate and manage equipment calibration, tools adjustment, create or design fixtures, etc.
- Responsible for creating, updating, and releasing work instructions, visual aids, check list, PFMEA, Control Plan, Cpk studies, etc.
- Identify and manage continuous improvement projects to reduce all kind of quality constraints and improved line performance.
- Provides support to multiple departments and customer focus teams.
- **Position Requirements**
- Fluid English (written and spoken)
- 5 years’ experience
- Assembly Industry experience/Medical experience (preferred).
- Decision-making abilities based on data/statistical analysis.
- MS Office, Minitab, AutoCAD
- Capable to understand 2D prints.
- Validation / testing knowledge.
- Transfer experience.
- Experience with soldering, assembly, and crimping (preferred)
- “Synchronized Flow” knowledge (preferred)
- “Theory of Constraints” knowledge (preferred)
- Lean manufacturing tools experience.
