We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Monterrey office.

Due to continued company growth, we are looking for a Trainer (Internal Logistics Systems) to work hand to hand with our Operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about Logistics systems.

**English is a must**

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver system training to existing staff, both one-on-one and groups sessions
- First month check-ins/skills analysis with new starters to provide follow-up systems training if required
- Trouble shoot systems issues
- Liaise with external SAS provider helpdesks
- Support the Systems Administrator on ad hoc projects as required including systems implementations, process improvement, data cleansing

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

- 2 years of experience in an Operations role will be an asset
- You will need to have proficiency for Logistics systems, fast learner and experience providing training to employees.
- Previous experience as a Systems Trainer
- Strong IT process skills
- Relationship-building
- Confidential nature capable and experienced in delivering training on systems
- Strong degree of emotion intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic individual with the ability to work in fast-paced environments
- High Attention and detailed oriented.
