We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Monterrey office.Due to continued company growth, we are looking for a Trainer (Internal Logistics Systems) to work hand to hand with our Operations team.This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about Logistics systems.**English is a must****Responsibilities**:- Deliver system training to existing staff, both one-on-one and groups sessions- First month check-ins/skills analysis with new starters to provide follow-up systems training if required- Trouble shoot systems issues- Liaise with external SAS provider helpdesks- Support the Systems Administrator on ad hoc projects as required including systems implementations, process improvement, data cleansing**Requirements**:To be successful in this role you will possess the following:- 2 years of experience in an Operations role will be an asset- You will need to have proficiency for Logistics systems, fast learner and experience providing training to employees.- Previous experience as a Systems Trainer- Strong IT process skills- Relationship-building- Confidential nature capable and experienced in delivering training on systems- Strong degree of emotion intelligence and interpersonal skills- Energetic, enthusiastic individual with the ability to work in fast-paced environments- High Attention and detailed oriented.**Benefits**- Medical Insurance- Life Insurance- Food Coupons- Annual Bonus- Savings Fund- Christmas Bonus- Competitive Salary- Healthcare Benefit Package- Career Growth- International Training
