We are seeking a **Senior Application Administrator** with solid technical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to lead critical initiatives in complex IT environments.

**Position Objective**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and optimize **CI/CD pipelines** in Azure DevOps, ensuring best practices for quality and security.
- Lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of processes under **Agile/Scrum** and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Define and implement **failover**, **high availability**, **disaster recovery**, and **business continuity** strategies.
- Oversee administration and optimization of **MSSQL Server** databases, ensuring performance and data integrity.
- Administer and configure **Windows Server** and **Linux** environments, **Docker containers**, and GitHub repositories.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, including specifications, test cases, and operational guides.
- Act as the escalation point for complex issues, delivering effective solutions under critical timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions meet strategic business needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
- Strong expertise in:

- Azure DevOps (CI/CD Pipelines)
- AWS Cloud (automation & deployments)
- MSSQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and advanced SQL
- Windows Server & Linux administration
- Docker containers
- Version control (GitHub)
- Development in C#,.Net/.NetCore/MVC/WebAPI
- Knowledge of **scalable architectures**, performance optimization, and security best practices.
