Transportation Procurement Analyst

**C.H. Robinson **is currently looking for a Transportation Procurement Analyst.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and manage international transportation (air & ocean) bids in partnership with the customer.
- Analyze the results of international transportation bids and help the customer understand the costs/savings of the strategies they are deploying.
- Manage internal and external customer expectations and relationships
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with internal network of relationships
- Transition relationships to carrier providers, customer stakeholders and TMS providers
- Provide benchmarking and KPI support with customers
- Help define internal and external project teams
- Partner with stakeholders to gain commitment of project team resources
- Lead and facilitate project tollgate meetings, responsible for results and customer sign off
- Document project, scope, communications, and expectations
- Support group methodology, tools, techniques, infrastructure, and presentations
- Track hours of time spent by project, branch, and assignment in accordance with group guidelines
- Resolve project issues and escalate when needed
- Assess and manage project risk
- Support gathering of post-engagement feedback and internal reviews
- Responsible for quality, review, and delivery of all customer documents
- Assist other groups, especially sales and account management teams
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

**Qualifications**:
Required:

- +2 years of transportation experience - Air and Ocean Transportation Bid Consulting.
- Previous procurement or project management experience will be a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with MS Excel
- Collaborate effectively across functions and influence partners.
- Demonstrate solid negotiation, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized, matrixed, global environment.
- Build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
- Efficiently multitask, prioritize projects, and pay strong attention to detail.

Preferred:

- Preference for experience utilizing bid/sourcing tools (Jaggaer ASO preferred).
- Previous Project Management experience
