Job Summary:
You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers without prior interaction with our company. Your primary goal is to introduce our products or services, engage prospects, and close sales. This role requires resilience, a positive attitude, and a proven ability to turn cold leads into customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate calls to potential customers using a provided list or leads database.
- Perform cold calls to potential customers, aiming to close deals.
- Effectively communicate the value propositions of the products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
- Provide customer support.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English (C1)
- 5 years of experience in cold calling or closing deals.
- Firm persuasion and negotiation abilities with a focus on closing sales.
- Must be able to work in the Mountain Time zone, Monday - Friday.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho is essential.
- Strong communication skills, written and oral.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- Organized and efficient, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and trustworthy.
- Detail-oriented.
