**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Experience with all aspects of Amazon Seller Central including but not limited to:

- Pulling Reports
- Managing Shipments
- Seller Support Tickets
- Well versed in Google Sheets
- Vendor Central Experience would be an asset but not required

Bonus if experience with the following technologies:

- Ad Badger
- Helium 10
- ClickUp
- Slack
- SellerBoard

**THE DAY-TO-DAY**:
You’ll be tasked with supporting the Pilothouse Amazon team across three main areas:

- Amazon Seller Support Cases
- Managing support issues from ticket creation through to resolution
- Inventory Management
- Monitoring inventory
- Recommending Shipment timing and quantities
- Preparing/scheduling shipments
- Amazon Reporting/Preparing Meeting Agendas
- Pulling weekly status reports from Amazon Accounts
- Preparing weekly agendas including filling in weekly account data

We are looking for a highly organized self-starter that can take initiative to complete tasks on their own as well as provide suggestions on how to improve our process.
