Amazon Fba Va: Marketplace Operations Specialist

**About Us**

Stylia, a fast-growing e-com brand in the beauty space, focused on Amazon USA is hiring an experienced **Amazon VA - Marketplace Operations Specialist** to join our remote team.

Working hours are semi-flexible, but at least 5 hours overlap is required during this time.

**All working hours must be tracked in Hubstaff, with activity monitoring enabled, as part of our standard workflow.**

**This position will work directly with and report to the Founder.**

**Position Overview**

You will be responsible for daily Amazon Seller Central tasks, listing optimization, rank tracking, promotions, account health monitoring, and affiliate coordination. You’ll also be expected to use AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity as part of your daily routine to save time, improve quality, and continuously improve processes. This role also involves creating, updating, and following SOPs to ensure consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Listing and Account Management**
- Monitor and maintain all Amazon listings for accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance.
- Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and backend keywords using DataDive.
- Track keyword rankings daily with Datarova and make adjustments to maintain or improve rank.
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for listing updates and A/B tests.
- Ensure promotions, pricing, and offers are accurate and current.

**Promotions and Deal Management**
- Plan, submit, and track deals to ensure timely approvals and activations.
- Maintain and follow a promotions calendar.

**Affiliate Coordination**
- Respond promptly to affiliates and coordinate product sample shipments without delays.
- Track and follow up on affiliate promotions.

**Customer Service and Account Health**
- Respond to seller feedback and request removals where appropriate.
- Monitor and resolve account health issues within required timeframes.

**AI and Process Improvement**
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity daily to save time and improve task quality.
- Identify repetitive tasks and find ways to streamline or automate them.

**SOP Management**
- Create, update, and follow Standard Operating Procedures for recurring tasks.

**Scorecard (Key Performance Indicators)**

**Listing Accuracy and Optimization**
Goal: Maintain 100 percent accuracy across all active listings and optimize continuously for conversion and search ranking
Measure: Weekly audits, keyword performance reports, before/after conversion comparisons

**Rank and Pricing Management**
Goal: Maintain or improve keyword ranking for top priority terms and adjust listings to support ranking strategy without harming profitability
Measure: Daily Datarova reports, pricing logs, correlation between changes and ranking movement

**Promotions and Deal Management**
Goal: Ensure 100 percent of planned promotions are executed on time
Measure: Promotion calendar adherence, approval reports

**Customer Service and Account Health**
Goal: Resolve account health issues within 48 hours and maintain a 4.9 star feedback average
Measure: Account Health metrics, monthly feedback reports

**AI and Process Improvement**
Goal: Use AI to automate at least 3 recurring workflows within the first 90 days and reduce repetitive task time by 30 percent within 6 months
Measure: Documented automations, time savings reports

**SOP Management**
Goal: Create and update SOPs for all recurring tasks within 90 days and maintain 95 percent compliance
Measure: SOP completion rate, process audit reports

**Affiliate Coordination**
Goal: Respond to affiliates within 24 hours and ensure on-time product sample shipments
Measure: Communication and shipment logs

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years managing Amazon Seller Central with proven success in listing optimization, rank tracking, customer service, and promotions.
- Required: DataDive (keyword research/optimization) and Datarova (keyword tracking).
- At least one of Sellerboard, Scale Insights, or Sellerise.
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily work, with a willingness to learn and improve AI skills over time.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Experience with affiliate or influencer management preferred.
