**DATAMARK, Inc.** is excited to announce the opening for a **Sr. Recruiter** who will be an integral part of our talented HR team. The Sr. Recruiter will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring that our hiring practices align with DATAMARK’s core values.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring practices.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the right talent for each position.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze performance to enhance strategies.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring.
- 4 years of demonstrated progressive responsibility in Talent Acquisition
- Exceptional understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and trends.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Prior experience in the BPO or outsourcing industries is a plus.
