Requiere una mentalidad estratégica, grandes dotes de liderazgo ya que es responsable de coordinar el proceso completo de reclutamiento con el resto del equipo. Es sus prioridades está ser responsable de las necesidades de contratación para todas las funciones operativas.Las funciones principales de nuestro **Sr. Recruiter** son:- Crear y ejecutar estrategias de reclutamiento para atraer talento calificado y diverso.- Liderar y coordinar el proceso de reclutamiento desde la identificación de necesidades de contratación hasta la extensión de carta oferta- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los gerentes y líderes de los equipos para comprender las necesidades del personal y proporcionar orientación en el proceso de selección.- Identificar áreas de oportunidad para contribuir al desarrollo y mejora continua de los procesos de reclutamiento así como proponer soluciones innovadoras para la mejora continua.- Experiência previa demostrada de al menos 3 años como reclutador en un entorno operativo o de agencia, preferiblemente en roles senior o de liderazgo.- Capacidad para manejar múltiples procesos de reclutamiento simultáneamente y dar seguimiento puntual a clientes internos.- Habilidad para priorizar tareas y trabajar de manera eficiente en entornos de ritmo rápido.- Experiência trabajando por objetivos y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico.- Capacidad de Mentoría y Liderazgo.
