We’re looking for an experienced and talented individual to work as a Client Services - Recruitment/Sourcing Manager to join a new client team.
This is a highly unique Client Services Manager opportunity, which requires experience within sourcing and recruitment to be the Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor.
**Key Accountabilities**:
**This is a hybrid role based at our AMS offices in Monterrey, Mexico.**
As a **Recruitment Sourcing **Manager, you will take ownership of the operational delivery for a number of business areas and manage a high-performing and well-regarded sourcing team supporting US, Canada and Mexico whilst working in partnership with colleagues across the account for successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain pro-active and constructive relationships with the client - management skills.
- Strong experience building multi-faceted sourcing strategies.
- Must have exp building multifaceted sourcing strategies - evidence of implementation and delivery.
- Extensive recruitment metrics expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to drive team’s performance to meet client’s expectations.
- Understands general business demand outlook and plans team structure accordingly.
- Responsible for resource management including redeployment activities.
- Develop and maintain talent pool strategies and monitor conversions of talent pools into hires.
- Identify areas of process improvement, service enhancement and opportunities to enhance the scope of the service to client and communicate these appropriately to the Head of TA Americas and wider AMS sourcing management team.
- Ambassador for Collaboration between sourcing and recruitment teams, operating as One Team
- Understands AMS people are a key market differentiator and is genuinely committed to the development of direct reports in accordance with the Global Sourcing Strategy.
**Skills & Experience**:
To have the opportunity to develop your career in this role, you will need to have:
- Ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management.
- Strong track record of delivery in the recruitment industry.
- Previous experience managing a team to achieve targets.
- Strong people management potential/interest/experience with focus on people development and performance improvement
- Evidence of managing large recruitment projects and the responsibilities involved stakeholder management, project delivery and reporting to senior stakeholders on overall team results, sourcing for complex profiles and campaigns.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish.
