The Account Director's primary responsibility will be to build relationships with agency client and partners by encouraging an environment for delivering a thoughtful and creative product. You will oversee the smooth delivery of Performance Marketing platforms and executions, while focusing on individual business acumen, mentorship and the growth of their assignments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead on multiple the most complex and important client(s) accounts (international, cross capability, or large group client) and collaborates with others to create client relationships expressed in NPS scores of C Suite client contacts.
- Be a trusted advisor for our clients, work with C-level members of our top 50 accounts, and extend our network within our client organization.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews for our most complex clients.
- Lead complex and/or strategically important renewal efforts.
- Develop well-articulated Strategic briefs that inspire innovative and effective approaches to solving client business problems and leads the team to deliver the objectives of the brief.
- Provide oversight of the current client remit whilst driving growth activity through documented Account Growth Plans that lead to account growth.
- Manage commercial targets, ensures client projects are resourced to deliver successful outcomes, and works with Client Management VPs to problem-solve any gaps.
- Fluent in all Fundamental Tools. Identify and close any gaps where we are not meeting our standards for great Client Management on a client, Hub or across their network.
- Lead and facilitate revenue growth of a Hub.
- Recognised by our partners as an important influencer within Jellyfish. Work with the most senior levels of Client and Jellyfish leadership to develop the best strategy resulting in significant positive impacts on client business outcomes.
- Mentor clients and people by earning trust, delegating and providing valued expertise.
- Redirect conversations towards outcomes instead of output by articulating the value exchange to clients.
- Support the Product Team in the creation, delivery, and advocacy of new products.
- Understand the skill level of the team and work with internal resource teams to ensure all individuals are equipped to manage our client workload they are assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in AAA account management and commercial focus
- 4+ Years of team leadership experience
