**Who We Are****About the Role**We are looking for an Account Manager who can build strong relationships with our clients, anticipate their needs, and provide them with creative solutions.As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and our clients and will be responsible for guiding projects from discovery to delivery, building timelines, monitoring progress, improving processes, leading communications, and delivering quality work that meets or exceeds our client's expectations.**The Day-to-Day**:- Monthly Calls - Review and report client numbers throughout the first half of every month. This role requires the ability to research, understand, and properly communicate client results.- Support - A client should never wait more than 2 hours for a response. Address all client questions and concerns promptly and accurately.- Client Communication - Improve client relationships by directly monitoring and communicating results. Solutions to pain points should be proactively identified, implemented, and communicated to the client.- Client Results - Consistently monitor client results and direct the Fulfillment Team and resources as needed. Proactively identify problems with client results. Client retention is the primary KPI tied to this position.- Project Management - Oversee Fulfillment Team projects and proactively provide updates to clients.- Monitor Quality - Above all, quality control is most important. Understand the unique requirements of each client to ensure we meet or exceed their expectations.**Education, Skills, and Experience**:- Proficient in Project Management Tools (Asana, Click-Up or similar)- Customer Experience- Proficient in Digital Marketing Strategy (SEO, Web Development, PPC) - 3 years (required)- Account Management - 2 years (required)- Google Workspace- Google Analytics- Excellent Communication Skills- Problem-Solver- Attention to detail- Passion/Attitude- Time management and organizational skills.- College degree with a focus on business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.**Job Type and Compensation**This is a remote position that requires a stable, high-speed internet connection.Work hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EDT. (Additional hours may be required to ensure the successful outcome of client results and that deadlines are met.)Pay: $1500 - $2000 per month (USD)**Benefits**:- Paid time off- Half-Day Fridays- Bonus opportunitiesPay: $30,523.17 - $40,697.56 per month**Experience**:- Account management: 1 year (required)- Digital marketing: 2 years (required)- Customer service: 2 years (required)- Project management: 1 year (required)- Remote Working: 1 year (required)
